Rebrand AppleCare to launch an upgraded product offering

AppleCare is Apple’s own extended insurance policy designed specifically to protect its customer’s devices.
I worked with Apple’s Worldwide teams to rebrand and relaunch AppleCare as a new strategic offering that covers multiple products in a single plan.
It included product naming, campaign creative and tile copy to highlight benefits explaining how it’s effortless to cover all your products in one place.

Insurance is boring, but AppleCare+ is a native offering that provides Apple owners with exceptional levels of cover – now all combined into one simple plan.
Working with a team of creatives from Apple Worldwide and in the UK, I developed the key headline and intro paragraph. It needed to provide the reassurance of Apple’s protection while inspiring people to think this is useful cover to have.
Development work included finding the right tone to convey this messaging, so it felt like Apple and could be used across multiple product lines.
